spouse ILR

hi
i'm on my ILR and since my daughter was born after that she has a british passport.
My wife got her dependent Visa till may 2015.
she is eligible to apply for ILR since may 2014.
I get child benefit(only in my name), child tax credit and working tax credit(in both names).
will my wife have any problems when she is applying for ILR as we are claiming the above benefits.
can anyone help please....
