OCI App. BC Passport Sent in Birmingham

Hi,

I am wondering, does anyone knows how long does it take once you send your British Passport and Receipt to IHC Birmingham?

We have sent it last week (a week exactly) and still the Royal mail tracking says its not yet dispatched from IHC Birmingham!?

Any idea how long does it take?

If we don't receive it by next week. We are planning to visit the Birmingham Office.

[I am a bit worried about IHC loose my British Passport!]

Any suggestions?
