New Policy Guidance For PSW

Please Note that as per my Understanding Switching from PSW either £50,0000 or £ 200,000 has I think has become next to impossible.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SWITCHING FROM PSW ON A £200000 ALSO HAS THE SAME RULES.

You have to be established in a NFQ level 4 and above business before July 11 ( that is by July 10 ) and HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR THAT BUSINESS IN THAT LEVEL.

There could be a few people still who had registered companies set up before today, but the parameter of been working from the date of setting up the business till the date of application in an SOC code of our business makes it a whole new game.

It only goes to show the whole spectrum of applicants the new statement affects. Demonstrating that you are already established in an original business and 'implicitly' trading could be a hard nut to crack if one created a business within 3 months prior to the submission of an application. Those who created their businesses earlier than 3 months and perhaps produced audited or non audited reported endorsed by an accountant's letter stand a more favoured chance of being considered. I tell YOU that the rate at which applications will be refused based on some flimsy reasons has soured. No more visas for speculative applications which applicants have used to extend their stay without actually geting involved in the business for which they received their visas.

As per my understanding if your company been registered with companies house and HMR before 11th July than nothing needs to worry same documents need for applying T1 visa which we need before 11th July..

you may appoint as a new director in any running company. This could be a way to apply in this category.
