Hi members! My children have been living and going to schools here for five & half years. Can I apply for 7 years category now? What are the chances? Please help.

I am sorry to say that this category is gone too hard even living in UK for 7 years. I had 1 client reapplied as a Entrepreneur & got visa living here for 8 years but was refused under 7 years even did not go through in FTT & UT.

Many thanks for quick reply. For me, after sudden changes in rules in enterpreneur visa from today, it is seeming very difficult to pull on. But, to look at this 7 years category. If you find some further information in this regard,pl. share
