Can I apply with 200k In My Account Registering After 11July

Hi Guys,
Can i apply with 200k in my Account here in the UK while registering my Business after 11th.
Is this just 50k to 200k change or something else as well do i need to consider

@ samir01, with the new restriction for PSW route, you can only use the 50k funding route if you are presently on PSW visa and wish to apply from within the UK.

Or if you have register your business and started trading or registered as self-employed before 11 July 2014, then you can follow the old rule through the transitional arrangement.


If you’re in the UK on a Tier 1 (Post-study worker) visa or as a student, you must follow the rules for applying with £50,000 funding.

Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) Transitional arrangement – 11 July 2014

If you are applying to switch from Tier 1 (Post-Study Work), you can also make an initial application in the UK if you have:
• access to £50,000 or more from another source (including your own funds or money from third parties, which may include Venture Capital firms regulated by the FCA), and
• been continuously engaged in business in the UK since before 11 July 2014.
