RMLT review

I am preparing a new Tier 2 G from a Tier 2 general as change of employment. Is there anyone has the same situation that UKVI ask to submit the RMLT pack document to review before issuing a unrestricted COS?

doing the RLMT is the sponsor's, not the applicant's, responsibility. A CoS can only be assigned once the RLMT has been successfully completed. The HO can of course scrutinise an RLMT to check that it has been completed according to the rules but this usually only happens after the CoS has been assigned.

Not heard of UKVI asking for these before issuing an Unrestricted CoS (happens often for restricted CoS though). This shouldn't be too much of a problem - unless the sponsor hasn't actually advertised...
