I'd imagine you could only claim the net profit ie income minus operating costs for which you would need a set of accounts to present to the UKVI.Yazzy wrote:No the rental income is not declared to HMRC. Not sure how long you need to have traded but I'd imagine it would have to be 12 months for more, wait for others...
