I just came back today from the Appeal on my Tier 1 entrepreneur refusal..where I represented myself...No solicitor..
MY CONCERNS
1. The Home office lawyer was quiet all through the Appeal duration
2. Rather it was the Judge who was asking me Questions..
3. Most of the ground for refusal was not really asked...but rather the judge was asking about specific items in my business plan...ie..why was my rent up to 3000 pounds
why did I not put in the business plan the method of charging my clients
why I put 10000 pounds for my salary per annum..etc
Anyway I was able to make my submissions after the Judge was done.....
I was worried that it was the Judge asking me these questions and not the HO lawyer who was pressing his phone all through the period of the tribunal.....
Pls is there anyone on this forum who had experienced such...pls urgent reply asap.....
Many thanks
worried man...
