Tire 1 Entrepreneur Visa who already reg the company

Hi friends
I have already reg my company before 11th July,( new rules has changed after this dates), so can i apply for tire 1 visa
and another thing can i show £50k in joint account with my dad in India and make relevant documents. please help with this
