even i think not to worry about the last(17th) missing letter in place of birth..
I have to travel urgently now as mentioned because of demise in family...
may send them a query later..i hope u agree with me.

Yes looks finally UKBA contacted DX (thats what DX said)..but i had to chase it so much..
Good news. Happy for you. Yeah you can ignore that for now and once you are back and have no plans to travel for a month you can get this changed. But do get it changed at some point. Good luck for your travels now

Hi all,

Anyone facing this kind of issue (courier driver saying the customer doesn't live at the address) should email customer.concernsdxs@thedx.co.uk or social@thedx.co.uk and brpdelivery@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk.

Thank you.

Hi PK2080,

Please do you have UKBA contact number?

I tried whatever you have mentioned but no luck.

Hi PK2080,

Could you please let me know how you resolved you issue with DX and UKBA with respect to your delivery please. I am in a similar situation, came home and met a letter from DX couriers requesting for a redelivery. I then called them and was told their driver attempted delivery and was told I don' live at the address. They have asked me to contact UKBA by email which I have done and waiting for a reply which they say will be done within 5 working days.

Now I have an urgent travelling plan and will need my BRP. Can you or any one else kindly advise please?

Thanks for time.

Kind regards
