What will happen to dependent VISA after getting ILR?

What will happen to dependent VISA after getting ILR?

I am on Teir 2 ICT and planning to apply for ILR next month and I have valid Teir 2 ICT VISA till Jan 2016.Any idea what will happen to my dependents VISA if I get ILR and my dependents don’t apply for ILR with me?

Please note, my dependents VISA is valid up to Jan 2016.

Nothing will happen. They may enter/remain as PBS dependants.
