Post by N. Akhtar » Thu Jul 10, 2014 7:12 pm

I came to UK in 2005 and my query is that "can I apply under 4 months before category for ILR?"

What exactly do you mean by this? Do you in fact mean the 90 day concession on entry?

You can apply from 28 days before 10 years completes.

The 90 day concession on entry does not apply to applications for ILR based on 10 years long residence.

As Amber has advised, you can apply 28 days before completes.

You should be ok. Apply before leave expires.

although you should be okay, if you are a bit sceptic, just use stamps when you post so they don't show the date of application 2 days before
