Property Inspection Report

Hi can anyone help me with Property Inspection Report? I am living with parents. Its a 3 bed room house with 2 large living rooms , one Bathroom and a kicthen. Can anyone tell me how many people can live in this house? does living rooms count AS bedrooms? its not really cleared on home office website.

"Account is taken only of rooms with a floor area larger than 50 square feet and rooms of a type used either as a living room or bedroom.

Rooms such as Spam or bathrooms are excluded".

Going by the guidance up to 10 adults could reside there if the living rooms were also used as bedrooms. If it's just you and your parents in a 3 bedroom house I don't think you need the report.
