Extention of Wife's visa- question regarding a form

Hi

My wife came in may 2012 as a spouse on a settlement visa.

We got child born in uk, british.

Now she is applying extention, becasue she still not passed her knowledge test.

On the form it says children as 'dependent applying with you'.Does my child need to apply with her?

Your child doesn't need to apply as you say it is British. Don't forget your wife will need to pass an A1 level English test for FLR(M).
