try metro bank, they can open business account with bad credit history
Yes business plan is comulsory, but do not pay someone to write it for you as ukba check for copied bp and can easily reject you. So will highly recommend to write one by ur self and get help of accountant if you will struggle specially in finance section

Guys could you please explain where it says that Business plan is compulsory ? Stop misguiding or trying to make them your clients...

Please show me where it says that it is COMPULSORY ????
