Tier 2 General Application form

Hi all,
I am sending my tier 2 general application to UKVI. My case is I am on tier 2 General now and want to change to a new sponsor. I have prepared the following documents as required after reading their policy guidance and their website but still wanted to double check.
1. The application form
2. 2 passport photos
3. Passports
4. Biometric resident permit
5. Police registration
6. COS Print out (just in case)
7. University degree certificate?????( just in case, I have submit this in my previous application, It is not required, is that right?)
