Tier 2 Extension..

Hi All

Our company business is growing and there may be opportunity for me to move up but in different category from 3218 (which is not in soc 2010) to 4161as business support manager.? I 'll be doing my current duties as well as supporting my senior management too.
can do that?
Would my company need to RLMT for me if i change category?
My extension is due in few months time so will it be switching category or extension?

If you switch SOC now or while extending, you will need RMLT.
If you extend without changing SOC, you will not need RMLT.
