ICT T2 SHORT TERM DEPENDENT TO T2GEN ESTABLISHED STAFF

Hi ,

i am on a 1 year ICT TIER2 SHORT TERM STAFF PARTNER VISA i came to UK in December 2013

Visa start date is oct 2013 and visa expires in OCT 2014
i joined a company in FEB 2014 as a permanent employeE with over 40k salary . And they are ready to sponsor me
Can i get switch to TIER2 GENERAL while in the UK or do i have to go back to India??
as i will be completing 6 months in my job in August can i apply as an established staff and apply for switch withink UK??

Unfortunately you cannot change your visa in the UK and you will have to go to India for entry clearance. Established staff is not at all related to you so take that off your head.

There are quite a lot of members in the forum who have posted similar questions, and answers have been provided to them by experts so i would suggest reading similar threads first.
