Do two FPNs need to be disclose in Nationality application form & would FPNs (single incident but two fpns, one was for IN10 endorseable & second was non endorseable, no court involvement ) effect my nationality application even if they are just 15 months old before nationality application ?

No issue if not issued by the courts/didn't plead guilty by post, include a copy of your paper counterpart if the endorsements are on there.
