EEA permit eligibility

Hi All

Hope you are well.


I have a quick question regarding the eligibility of EEA family permit from Ireland.

I am currently on six months initial permission in Ireland valid until September and the decision on my 5 years is due in a months time.

However I wanted to apply for the EEA family permit at the end of this month before this decision is due. Therefore can I apply for this EEA family permit considering I currently only have two months left in this country since EEA family permit is issued for six months. (My british husband has been exercising his treaty rights for the past five month)
