ILR - Eligibility (absences)

Post by corby » Sun Jul 27, 2014 1:22 pm

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to find an answers about my case for a long time. My concern is my absences from the UK.

I have been a Tier 1 General holder since April 2009. I came to the UK in September 2009.
I have applied to few jobs between April and September but I couldn't find one.
Then I started a Masters program in September 2009 and graduated in March 2011.
I have been working since 2010.
Until December 2010 I went to my country several times for holidays. 50 days in total.
I have also 350 days absences because of my business trips since December 2010 in total.
I have employer letters as an evidence for those.

What should I do for the 50 days of my unpaid absences between September 2009 and December 2010.
Do you think am I going to be eligible to apply ILR next September?
What kind of documents should (and should not) I submit with my application?

I would be happy to hear recommendations from gurus and personal experiences from all of you!

Thanks in advance for support!

I doubt you'd be required to provide anything,
