2nd August 2014 - 12 months after being granted ILR (unless you are married to a British Citizen) and provided you were physically present in the UK on the same date in 2009.

As you have travelled with in 90 days after visa stamp date .. u are considered to have stayed for 5 yr period which is the reason u got PR...
I did think like you and got delayed wrt my applicaiton.. u can go early ..

After PR.. u have to wait 12 months..

u can go On 2nd Aug.. I imagine..

For naturalisation it is the 5 years immediately before the date of application for BC that is counted, this needs to included 12 months on ILR (unless married to a British Citizen).

As I have already advised, you can apply on or after 2nd August 2014 and the relevant residence period will be Aug 2009 to Aug 2014
