Tier 2 G Ext code no more exists & 2136 short occupation lis

Hi ,

When I applied originally 2.6 years ago , my employer used 2132 code which is no longer available , now HO advised them to use 2136 (for senior software developer) , however we noticed 2136 comes under short occupation list as well . Please confirm does this code apply to 2/3D, game developers only or general application developer can also avail this as short occupation list ?

(because it has fee difference)

so I come under that but not the 2/3D ,games ... (so which I think code is correctly chosen but will not come under shortage list)

Also please confirm , can employer select the only related job titles provided in the list or can go beyond that, like in past they gave me Snr Software Developer and this time used same as it is.

the job title is not an issue provided the SOC code, job description and salary are correct

could you please respond salaries in SOC List are calculated based on 40 hrs or 37.5 hr?

My salary is above than Experienced one against 2136 code but not sure about hours.
