Tier 2 ICT Short Term to Tier 2 General

Hi There,

Currently I am in London on a Tier 2 ICT Short term Visa.
I would like to extend my duration here in UK and keen to know how to get the Tier 2 General visa.

1.Is tat possible to move from Tier 2 ICT ST to Tier 2 General.
2.If so How?
3.Is there any other Visa category which allow me to work here apart from Tier 2 ICT.
4.Is there any Trustable Consultancy whom I should approach for employment.

1.Is tat possible to move from Tier 2 ICT ST to Tier 2 General. No. You would need to serve a 12 month 'cooling off' period in your home country.
2.If so How?
3.Is there any other Visa category which allow me to work here apart from Tier 2 ICT. Student visas can allow you to work up to 20 hours per week?
4.Is there any Trustable Consultancy whom I should approach for employment.
