I didn't realise this was an EC decision. That's a rare feat getting leave to enter based on a Private Life, no wonder the Home Office are in shock. I believe they always appeal FTT EC based on Article 8, the last case I saw, there was no error of law and the case stood. Congratulations indeed, so long as the case stands.
