AM I QULIFIED FOR ILR

Dear sir
i got my psw visa in 2008 and in 07 oct 2009 i switched to Tier 1 general visa
I applied for my tier 1 general extension in 15th september 2012 and got my visa on 15th april 2013 but my visa start date is 21 january 2013 and expiry is 21 january 2015
Now my question is can i apply for ILR on 12th september 2014 apparelty looks i hv completed 4 years and 11 months and 5 days???
plz help me as i have already booked my slot for 12 sept 2014 plz guide me should i reschedule it or its ok???

Provided you meet the other requirements, that looks fine.

If it takes ages for the UKVI (or what they were called at the time) to process your visa, that is ok - as long as you applied for the extension before the previous expiry date, your leave is treated as continuing.
