Hi Sky1234,
Congratulations in advance. Go and camp out side your solicitors office :D
It is definitely your ILR, stay positive. Give us the good news,as soon as you lay your hands on that documents. You can also call DX couriers on 08443713335 or 08443710000, and they will ask your name and address, so you can provide them with your solicitors address, as that is your contact address. They might have your BRP already on your way. Give it a try at least to ascertain. All the best.
Kind regards

Dear Shahjee and all Members

Thank very much for your prayers and you all of you get your ILR with your family as soon as possible. My prayers and best wishes are with you. I have some questions regarding my wife and 2 children.

1) I will fill out MN1 form for my son born in the UK, DO I need to submit any documents with his MN1 APPLICATION?

2) I will apply FLR(M) for my wife and daughter born in Pakistan as they have been here for a year. My question is that what documents do I need to send to home office for financial requirements as I am self employed from two sources?

3) Can I complete the financial requirement from 2 self employed sources?

4) What English language test does my wife needs to give and please also list any other documents relevant to their application?

I will really appreciate your advice and this forum is great way to help each other.

Ali

This long waiting time is very annoying. I waited two years before vary my application in mid march and now LR application is also taking more than 4 months..

Guys will sending MP covering letter will be any useful to speed up the outcome of application? One year they took to decide the tier 1 entreprenuer app which was refused and then won appeal after one year and then vary application taking more than 5 months.

It's sent 2nd class signed for which can't be traced before it's delivered.

Mine took 2 days to reach me so if they posted out today you should get it on Wednesday.

Hope the answer was helpful.

Oh i did not know that MPs are on holiday for month of august. why is that? I was thinking to book an appointment now..they should have not even treated us as new applicant because we did vary our application and they had all our documents with them which have been verified because of previous applications. our waiting time should count from date when we made initial application but here new applicant of LR are getting response much quickest that those who are without passport/travel documents from last 2 years..

good luck to you and all those who got fed up because of such long wait

Regards to D14, let me tell you, like you I am from Pakistan, and just like you I have been in UK for the last 14 years, I have my family here for the last almost 10 years, but I just mentioned about my family back home in Pakistan, I never mentioned any connections to UK, or any thing about my wife and daughters here, and my ILR is long done. Frankly it is up to you, I thought that they are asking about any country other than UK, obviously you are applying long residency in UK, so they know that you been more than 5 years here. Don't confuse your self just write about your wife and kid here in UK that is absolutely fine.
You are right, you better get a PEO appointment for FLR(M) for your Mrs, and once that is done, you can send your son MN1. As the FLR(M) will be only for your wife hence your income of £20,000 is enough. On the day going to the PEO, yes you and your son can accompany your Mrs, that is not a problem at all, as you are the main sponsor so you can go in with her and help her with any queries.
Your IELTS from 2004 has long expired, hence please don't attach that. If your qualifications got you PSW and than marks for Tier2, and as you said that on the points calculator it's getting you the required marks than it's absolutely cool, just send the degree, that will be alright.
Kind regards
Shahjee

DEAR SHAHJEE

Hello shahjee123 & other members,
On set (lr) form almost in last there is column about checklist of documents, there what's mean from "how many". Do we need to count the each attached documents in number or need to mention the duration, e.g if we attach payslips/bank statements, then we need to count payslips/bank statements in number or in duration.

Hi cool mind,
For my application I counted the payslips and wrote the number down, like
Payslip 52
Bank statements 12 months
NHS letters 10
Gas bills 5
Water bill 2
Council tax bill 2
Correspondence with HMRC 5
So those were a couple of examples.
I hope it helps.

Hi Tier4,
Yes looking good. Like me you are providing them with as many documents as you can, and that works magics trust me. Some of your documents are clearly not covering that 2 years time together, but frankly doesn't matter, mine were the same in my Mrs case, and we go through FLR(M) and then SET(M) with no issues at all.
My prayers and best wishes.
