tier 2 ICT skills transfer(Urgent manci)

Hi there
my psw visa was expired few days back. I am back to my home country. A company is wiling to sponsor by skills transfer ICT visa based in my home country and they have tier2 ICT license. I have some queries, please help me.
1. I never worked to that company before, is there any particular time period I need to work for that company to apply for skills transfer visa?
2. If I am eligible how much should be by minimum salary /do I need any SOC ?
3. If I want to come back after 6 months and want to go back what are the visas am I eligible for?
4. if I want to stay in UK after 6months,am I eligible for ICT(long term staff) and how much money would I need to earn to get extend the long term ict?
5. This company is not providing me the job, I need to work as a client to others. what are the chances of getting a job on skills transfer visa?
please help me out.

this is a dubious offer (is the company asking you for any money?) - read the T2 policy guidance starting at para 22 but especially para 41:

If you have not worked for the company overseas for 12 months then you can't qualify for an ICT visa.
As you have just left the UK then you can not qualify and as Manci suggests are you being scammed?

Actually, in the Skills Transfer sub-category there is no need for prior employment by the sponsoring company (para 40 in the guidance)

the company is asking money 3000 pounds and 25% of wages. The thing is can i work to other company as a client with my skills transfer visa?. that too 6 months. If my skills transfer finishes , which visa I am eligible for me to come back?

Still think it is dubious and I have doubts as to the ECO thinking it is a genuine role given the circumstances.

Bogus sponsor and an employment agency.
Have you checked on the sponsor register to see if they are listed?

even though the company is virtual and it does exist in India. Its in UKBA sponsorslist as tier2 ICT not tier 2 general.
If I go for skills transfer visa, i dont think I would be able to get the job soon. The sponsor is willing to extend to tier 2 long term ICT.
Can you please tell me what if I want to come back after 6 months, by finishing transfer skills visa.
what visa can I use if I want come back to UK>. Can I come back with student visa?
