Baby Born through surrogacy in India

Hello All,

Need a expert guidance or if any one faced the same situation earlier.

Myself and my wife are here on Tier 1 Visa.We are Indian Citizen and holding Indian passports.

We are going to have baby through surrogacy in India.

Could anyone please help me the procedure to get Child passport and Visa for new born baby.

Any inputs will be appreciated.
