Here are my details

Visa Issues on 19-Feb-2010, however I travel on 09-May-2010, after 79 days gap to UK.
Then i got two extensions ICT long term, now my visa is valid till 01-Feb-2010.

in year 2011 i was out of uk for total 126 days then in 2012 i was out of UK for total 62 days, total 188 days.

My question is can i apply for ILR around 24th Jan 2015, (28 days before 19th Feb 2015)?

What can i do to manage those 8 days ?

Any help will be appreciated.

Check the current rules - 180 days out over the 5 year period was scrapped several years ago!

I just want to check my eligibility time for ILR. My details are as follows
Received my Tier1 visa from India on 15/01/2009
First entered to UK on 30/05/2009 for a job interview. However I left UK after two days to Germany as my family was in Germany. I kept coming to UK for interviews from Germany and used to live in UK for 2 weeks time till I got a job in April 2010. When I got my job offer, company wanted me to change my visa category from Tier1 to Tier 2. So I applied for Tier 2 visa from inside UK in Feb 2010 and granted my visa on 23 march 2010. From 12 april 2010 onwards I am a regular employee till this time.
After my first entry on 30/05/2009, second entry was on 15th September 2009. Stayed in UK for a week and went back to Germany. However from 17th Feb2010 onwards I am living in UK continuously except few vacations to India & Germany.
My query is whether I am eligible to Apply for my ILR in September 15, 2014 as my leave from UK from 15th september 2009 onwards till date is less than 180 days. If I am eligible, for justification of my absence from UK till I was employed (in Tier1 visa) a personal letter will be sufficient? I know my case is a peculiar case. All expertise knowledge from This forum members are highly welcomed.

Could some guru please reply when i can apply for my ILR.

Will i be eligible before 28 days of 19-Feb-2015 ( if i count form the entry clearance was issued) OR
28 days before 09-May-2015 (if i count date of first entry to UK)?
