ILR Dependant

hi

i am currently on ILR.

my wife when came to UK was tier 1 general dependent (my previously assigned visa) . now which form does she need to fill in and what are the maintenance fund requirement for her visa extension.

Also my baby born just 5 days before my ILR was issued. can i apply for his passport direct or does he need to go through naturalization process first ? thoughts please

Did you apply for ILR under Long Residence or under Tier 1?
