urgent please tier 4

hi all
m waiting for my visa response from HO nearly half and 4 months..i applied for extend my student tier4 on 5th April 2014..is it possible if i withdraw my file and re-submit it on same day visa process?i would appreciate if any expert give me their valuable advice please and show me the way what can i do in this situation.

yeah i got cas letter from one of my college and i did ielts with 6.5 band and i post my file to HO on 5th april 2014 cus my visa was expired on 20th april and m still waiting for HO response ...can i withdraw my file and re-submit it on same day visa process.
whoever expert show me the right way please what can i do now.

If you withdraw you lose your application fee and then fall into the trap of applying outside of your visa date. If refused then you will not have a right of appeal.
Have you checked to see if your college is on the register? The usual reason for such delays is because college is suspended..
TOEIC based applications are the same but you put in an IELTS so you would be ok.

Have you tried to contact HO?

my college is not in suspended list of colleges...i have contact to HO and they keep saying wait wait and wait..

You can take the risk of withdrawing the application etc but is it worth it. You are in a much stronger position just waiting, however frustrating that might be.

I don't want to labour the point but have you checked for yourself that the college is on the tier4 register?
