ILR/Naturalisation for dependent

Post by mmloya » Wed Aug 06, 2014 4:52 pm

Hi

I am currently on ICT(long term), and my first entry to UK was 2-Sep-2009, since then got extended. I would be applying for ILR in Sep-2014 along with my spouse, the current leave for all 3 of us ends in Apr-2016. Our child was born in UK in Aug-2012.

Do I need to include my child in the ILR application or can I apply for citizenship for the child after we get the settlement, provided we get settlement.

Thanks.

The latter is possible.
