Visa Expiring and 2 months payslips needed - FLR M

My partner's visa (PBS dependent - 10 yr ILR) is expiring and I 've managed to make 4 payslips so far (Category A).
Can I apply now and I write them to wait and send the next 2 months payslips?
Is it possible?
I checked other (7B, 7C...), on which I'm not eligible.

What is best option? I don't want UKBA to hold the case.

No,you can't, the application will be refused on the ground that you haven't met the financial requirement.

Thank you Ray..yes but not much, just a non-salaried hourly basis job, which is about 500 per month.
What happen, if they reject can I reapply again with new set of documents?

It may be better for your partner to return to the home country and apply. If you apply flr(m) and are refused, you could go to appeal but in the end if the appeal is refused, your partner will have no stay and thus would not be able to apply flr(m) from inside the uk for a second time.

Unfortunately no, your choice will be an appeal, reconsideration or new application.

Has your partner been working in the past 12 months? It seems you don't really mind being refused the way you're saying it. It might be better for your wife to apply from outside as someone advised,because it's not just gonna be straightforward case to apply again from inside, your chances of winning an appeal will be very slim too.
Note that any refusal will affect her applying from inside and as a result, it's better you don't waste your money by thinking of an appeal.

It's gonna be difficult winning a case on financial ground and you gonna technically render your partner as an overstayer
New application won't be allowed from inside.
Secondly, is it your partner on 10 year route or you? Why is she applying for flr(m)
