Job Description - Is it 2135 OR 2136

Hi,


My employer mentioned following job description I would like to have your opinion does it comes under 2135 OR 2136 (as they used 2132 which no more exists)

(I have assigned 2136 As job Title "Snr. Software Developer" , with 40 hrs. afraid if it falls in 2135 then case would be rejected)


Description mentioned:

Requirements analysis and documentation, design and developing the solution, leading technical discussions, suggest improvements to existing features and working practices, team mentoring and guidance, plan and delegate tasks to the wider team and act as a technical customer interface.


So please let me know , Salary mentioned on SOC list is based on 37.5 hrs or 40 hrs?

from previous threads I found salary mentioned in SOC List is 37.5 hrs , please correct me.

I'm not sure about which SOC code is correct.

On your other query about hours, the salary source for both 2135 and 2136 is Annual Survey of Hours & Earnings. Hence, in both the cases, the salary is based on a 39-hour week.

thanks for response, in previous threads Gurus used to calculate salary based on 37.5hrs , so Gurus please help about whole thing...particularly about according to above description what you think it fit into which SOC?
