UK general visitor tourist visa..minimum bank balance needed

Hello,
I am staying in UK on ICT tier 2 visa for 1 year. I am planning to bring spouse on tourist visa.She is not working and I am sponsoring her visit.Below are my doubts regarding financial proofs.

1. Some sites says only 3 month bank statement of husband is sufficient.Is it correct ?
2. How much minimum bank balance should be there in bank account.I think it is please.Please correct if wrong.
3.We need to submit only 1 of the below financial statement or all.Please correct if wrong.
- 3 month bank statement
- last 3 years income tax return
- last 3 years form 16
- 6 months salary slip from employer
