I am 76 years old Indian National. My son sponsored me under family settlement visa and joined him in UK 6 months before. After 3 months of arriving , he has started to tell me that you should not talk to your daughter or any body. He took all the mobile phones from me and disconnected landline also before going to work. I did not know why did he change like this suddenly? Finally at the end of last month, he started to pack me back to India. But I came out from his house and temporarily staying out. I want to know:
1. How can I prevent him to send me back to India?
2. Where can I ask help for me in this situation?

How did your son manage to get an elderly relative visa 6 months ago?

Or did you arrive in the UK on a visitor visa? And now that 6 months is coming to an end and he is getting ready to help you go back home again? Is this what you mean?
