British Passport for baby baby born in UK

Hello

currently i am planning to apply ILR in Mid Aug and My VISA due is 08 Sep 14. i am just wondering, can i apply British Passport to my baby ( born in UK, Nov 2011 ) after i have received my ILR (or) shall i need to apply ILR along with my application?

PS: i have Tier 1 General when she was born

When you apply for your ILR, you dont need to apply the same for your baby (as long as your baby doesn't travel outside of UK). When you get you ILR approved, you can register your baby as a British Citizen.

someone could help me as a priority, further to above thread urgently as i am applying my ILR this week.

No Your child can be register as British on MN1 form even one of you Either Father or Mother has ILR.

Can someone please advise me, shall I provide two references as per MN1 FORM as we dont have 1 st reference like health visitor, teacher or ministry of religion. Please advise me how can get this reference if it is applicable?

My baby is 2-7 months, she don't have a teacher yet, we moved to new city so we can't find health visitor at this tine
