Now i am going to explain.
we can start out business before you register. If you register within six months after starting of business its legal. So i already started my business due to some reason i can not tell you exact name of business but u can say its marketing related business.
Well as soon as i came to know that Home office changed their policy and business should be regiteredbefore 11th July 2014, hence i registered it on 11th July it means its not before but on 11th!!! that is y i m worried.
And my business is running as i had already got some written contracts for business. i have business account which is showing some transaction as well.. so thats not problem ..only problem is i did not register before 11 July 14.
Any friend can put some their positive feed back.

Rockey,
Nowhere in the
Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Policy Guidance it says you are required to have "registered" you business before 11 July, 2014.
Check point (d) in the table on page 8 of 59, and then check paragraph 58 on page 12 of 59. All you need to prove is that have been registered with HMRC as self-employed,
continuously ENGAGED in business activity of NQF level 4 or above since before 11 July, 2014 up to the point of application, and have access to £50K.
I believe you are just fine as long as you can prove with contracts that you have been engaged in business activity and that your contracts follow the rules explained in A41 of Annex A of the policy guidance.
If by chance, your case worker rejects your application based on this particular point, I still think you can win the case in your appeal, as long as you are following all the other guidelines strictly.
