What form to fill for Dependant visa from India

What form to fill for Dependant visa from India

Hi,
I want to apply for my wife as a dependant. I know that we have to apply online but there is no option for tier 1 ent dependant. The only option available is tier 1 general dependant. Can anyone tell me what should I select please.
So verily, with every difficulty, there is relief.

Go to https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/

Register your account and Start filling up the form for new application. You can choose 'Apply For Myself' or 'Apply For Someone Else'. That's up to you.

Once you start filling it, you will need to select the following options as shown in the picture below:
