ILR - 10 Years Lawful Residence

Hello All,

I am about to make an ILR Long term residency application on the basis of lawful continuous stay in a few days time. I just want to make sure i am doing things right before i submit my application.

I came to UK for the first time with the entry clearance as a student on 12 Sep 2004, since then i have changed my visa category from PSW to Tier 1 (G), my Tier 1 - G would expire on 27 Nov 2015.

- I have all my passports.
- I have my BRP.
- I dont have any criminal convictions of any kind.
- I have only been outside UK totaling 72 days in last 10 years.
- I have passed my life in UK test in Dec 2012 (hope its valid as there is no expiry date on it)
- I am attaching my UK uni degree to claim language points (as i did for my Tier 1 - G )

I am planing to apply on 18-08-2014, would i still be alright with the documentation stated above or is there any additional documentation required for SET (LR) application ?

for claiming languague points, which degree are u attaching? is it masters or bachelors? can we claim language points based on uk bachelors degree?

Hello,

I have masters degree from british university. I have checked my degree on ukba points calculator other day and i was still able to claim all points for language.
