Tier 2 General extension OR new Visa?

Hi,

Currently I'm working in UK with Tier 2 General Visa Which Expiry Date is 04/04/2016

My Wife Came in UK in April 2014 on Dependant Visa and her visa expiry Date is 04/01/2016

I want to know that, In next step which Visa I should Apply in end of 2015? (I want to Prepare myself Beforehand)

Do I have to Apply for Tier 2 General Extension? (if Yes, Then please give me guide which Form I have to use and any Document Guideline please) & for my Wife which Form I have to use?

and is there any Fee Information?
