Referee is about to leave UK for Job in Middleeast

Hi,

I applied for Naturalization in last week of June. I came to know that one of my referee is leaving UK and starting a job in Middleeast. I would like to know either I have to inform UKBA or not.
If I have to inform what is the best way to inform UKBA and what to say, do I need to provide a replacement referee?

Can I know if UKBA sends a letter to every Professional referee and personal referee.. or is it random ?

In Naeemr case it is better for him to update UKBA with new referee rather than loosing time in the event of UKBA contacting the referee? let me know pls
