Tier 1 Entrepreneur to EEA2 in UK

Post by tony.montana » Wed Aug 13, 2014 1:56 pm

Hi,

I am currently in UK on T1 Ent leave and I want to switch to EEA2. My uncle is a German citizen and he has been living in the UK for the last 12 years. What are the chances of getting EEA2?

Zero IMHO as you don't appear to be dependant.

You could qualify. It all depends on the circumstance of your case.

Residence Right as an Extended Family member is not automatic. It is subject to an extensive examination.

You should be financially dependant on him, are you?

Is your uncle also British?

My uncle has only German citizenship. He is my dad's brother.
