Doesn't matter you are still not in control of the vehicle, I'm afraid this is law here. Accept it - you may well be ok but it might might come back to haunt you in the future, I know from experience!sad.1 wrote:nothing major phone was in my hand and i wasnt even on call so this is why traffic police stopped me and gave me points but i think its not major and not going to trouble in future tho.
