i havent been given any court hearing its just 3 points and fine.

nothing major phone was in my hand and i wasnt even on call so this is why traffic police stopped me and gave me points but i think its not major and not going to trouble in future tho.

From your post seems like u recently got approved for entrepreneur visa. And your long residency will complete in 2016. My advice is concentrate fully on the business that u invested and stop worrying about ILR as it's long way to go to.

Doesn't matter you are still not in control of the vehicle, I'm afraid this is law here. Accept it - you may well be ok but it might might come back to haunt you in the future, I know from experience!
