I also got the exact same response when i asked to for details of a senior ECO to make a complaint.
Its been 314days since my husband submitted his application.
This waiting game has depressed the life out of me.
It looks like i'll be spending my 1st wedding anniversary alone.

Thank you for contacting UK Visas and Immigration International Enquiry
service.
I understand you have been waiting for long and apologise for any
inconveniences. Currently the majority of settlement visa applications were
on hold and waiting for a response. The judgment from the High court will
mean that, from the 28 July, the 4,000 individuals whose applications are
currently on hold, pending this judgment, will now receive a decision.
These are cases which met all the requirements apart from the minimum
income threshold and now stand to be refused. If you were refused, you may
ask for refund and make a fresh application.

If it was white people they would have processed things faster, how ever these are our own Pakistani people which are ment to process fast but no!
i had this too wen i called thm up yday she sed it dosnt necessarily mean urs is on hold it could be they haven't even looked at ur evidence yet as they were pausing all decisions until the outcome. my situation being that i was asked for additional documents and then not told if they had been rejected/accepted so its still a waiting game i guess. these are all automated replies as they cannot be bothered to get up n chekfullahs wrote:How come they sent you this response as your income is over the minimum income threshold?

I am earning over the income treshold .. When I was told that I am on hold they said it was because I didn't provide the evidential requirments to show my income so I sent those in June and havnt heard anything since except these automated repliesKet1 wrote:i had this too wen i called thm up yday she sed it dosnt necessarily mean urs is on hold it could be they haven't even looked at ur evidence yet as they were pausing all decisions until the outcome. my situation being that i was asked for additional documents and then not told if they had been rejected/accepted so its still a waiting game i guess. these are all automated replies as they cannot be bothered to get up n chekfullahs wrote:How come they sent you this response as your income is over the minimum income threshold?

Lame excuses... they should hire extra staff ... after all they have minted millions from the 4000 cases which are on hold.zeeh wrote:This is from Entry Clearance Officer
Your recent email correspondence about the above refers. We can confirm your comments have been noted.
At present we are processing nearly 4000 applications that were held up with an appeal court case, plus new applications continuing to be received. Your spouse’s application is one of them. We are endeavoring to process all of these applications as expeditiously as possible, but as we are sure you can appreciate with this volume of work it does take time to consider them fully. Whilst an exact timescale for a decision on your spouse’s application is not possible at this stage, we would envisage it being within the coming weeks. Your spouse will be contacted directly by us once we are in a position to do so and a decision has been taken.
We regret we cannot provide a more positive reply at this time.
Yours faithfully
