FLR(FP) Eligibility

Post by john108 » Thu Aug 14, 2014 11:16 pm

I've ILR (10 yr route), wife and children are in PBS dependent visa here for more than 2 years.
Can I apply FLR(FP)?

I gather your spouse doesn't meet the requirements for FLR(M).

It'd be more difficult, but likely your only option.

I am almost in the same situation, applying ILR Set (lr) and FLR (fp) for my Mrs as I don't meet income threshold at the moment.
I have a son born here Last year, but I am going to skip him in any application, and will reg him BC once I ll obtain my ILR.

What you guys think? Will it work?

You've already got your own thread and asked that question, don't know why you're posting it here.

@ John108, if you have ILR visa, then your wife and children cannot be on PBS dependent visa anymore as your previous PBS visa have expired. They should submit a fresh dependant application (FLR(O) if they don't meet requirement for FLR(M)) urgently as their PBS dependent visa is no more valid immediately you received your ILR.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.

The correct form is FLR(fp). Flr(o) cannot be used..
