Maternity pay- Are we financially eligible for ILR?

My husband will be applying for ILR in October. I am currently receiving Maternity Allowance. Are we ok under the financial requirements?

Maternity Allowance- 472 monthly (this will end in September and I will not be returning to work)
Child tax (for 2 kids)- 460 monthly
Child Benefit- 115 monthly
Working tax- 60 monthly

Husbands work wages- Approx 750 monthly

and we have rent of 375 monthly and council tax of 926 yearly.

Will we pass under financial requirements? I am a british citizen as are our two children.

You can use any income you have (subject to the provisions) at the point of application.
