ilr set (o) 6.1 help needed

hi members , i am applying for ilr on tue and i need urgent help
my question is on 6.1 ( When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first
entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.)
what date i have to fill as i got my first tier 2 visa on 9/9/09 and i enterd in uk on 21/09/09 , so which date i have to fill
plz help me to clear my doubt....

No as you were given EC on 09/09/09. They're aware of the rules.

but what about the rules in which it will not come as a absense if i enterd the uk within 90 days of entry clearnce given

Your qualifying date began on 09/09/09 but you didn't enter the UK until 21/09/09 did you?

Yes I enter uk on 21/09/09 so my question is can I apply now I mean 28 days b4 9/9/14 or have to apply 28 b4 21/9/14

I got my first tier2 visa on 9/09/09 came to uk 21/09/09
My question is can I apply for ilr on tue 19/08/09 which is qualifing time period from 9/09/09 but not from the daye I enter in uk which is 21/09/09

I guess you are over anxious due to your upcoming appointment which is understable but asking the questions again and again which have already been answered is not a good gesture. Please note that experts give their advice here on voluntarily basis, so we should appreciate their time. To re-answer your question, as confirmed by Amber before, please write it as 21/09/2009.
