BE spouse visa rejected based on directive 2004/38/EG

Good day,

My Nigerian husbands visa based on directive 2004/38/EG got rejected by the Home Office in Brussel.
we already send the home office and embassy a letter to overvieuw the decission because we submitted everything needed and more.
I also did a complain at the ministry of foreign affairs BE andalso at Europe advice to know about our rights now that its rejected.
I will also do an appeal on my husbands behalf.

please who has other tips for us?

No use posting and not giving us the grounds for refusal - pls post those and we can hopefully advise...

y1.your intention to the territory of the Member State to leave before the expiry of the visa could not be determinedu have not shown that it has to have enough means of subsistence
2.the purpose and the intended stay are not enough shown

But we submitted everything the directive shows to submit.
-hotelreservation
-insurance foe my husband
-copy of my passport
-my ticket that im travellng to BE
-legalised marriage certificate and also registered at the municipality
-husband flight returnticket reservation
- the application form and his passport +photographs
-covering letter from me.
